How they get away with Warez Linking?

    Hello, I had a forum hosted with iWeb.com,in my forums users were allowed to post links to xbox,psp,psx games and i received a notice from iWeb telling me to take down my site? i dint host any files are files were hosted on Rapidshare. only thing users did was Linking,

    How come websites such as XBOX360ISO.COM and PSPISO.COM manage to stay online when they have like 1,000,000 members and they are also hosted on iWeb who holds a no linking to pirated software policy?
