How to backup a DVD9 to two DVD-R's

    I want to backup a DVD9 movie that has over 7 gig's of data. I know that compressing it is going to drastically reduce the quality. I dont want to compress it but want to maintain 100% copy quality by putting it onto two DVD-R's . I have Nero Recode, Shrink, DVD Rebuilder Pro, and DVD Fab Platinum. Pls tell me the basic work flow..how would you go about it. Thanks
