How to backup an already backed up game

Hey,
I have an xbox 360 disc which has already been backed up. My problem is I want to make another backup of that disc before it gets too damaged.

I have inserted the backup into the drive and run XBC 2.8. XBC 2.8 works as per normal but it does not give you the option of COMPLETE BACKUP only CURRENT PARTITION backup.

I have run the CURRENT PARTITION method and saved the .iso file to the computer and created a .dvd file (current partition method does not create .dvd file) *I know you can set layer break manually in XBC too!!*)

I run imgburn and everyhing runs correctly, but once the process is complete and the disc inserted into the XBOX 360 the console comes up saying "To play this disc, put in an XBOX 360 Console". With other languages below it and a DVD menu at the bottom.

Is there something that I am doing wrong, as "Origial disc backups work fine" *I do have a kreon drive too* *Also it detects the disc being 7.8 GB.
