Does anyone know how to backup channels from EV EX1000SL. I've tried using the DNup*.exe from Eamos FTA Library but it keeps crashing on me. I tried different PC's but its all the same. as soon as I load the file n click edit, it gives a dr. watson error message and crash. also, when I didnt the powerscan, I've got around 350 channels, out of 50 are duplicate - is that rite? i m near luton area.

    Any help??? please:)

    Cheers

To save your channels from your eurovox to your PC you need to use the UFL that you used to flash your box avaiable in the eurovox guide below my pic, then once you have your channel on your box after powerscanning plug your box into your PC and press upload on the UFL and save it to a location on your PC.

as for your channels, your fine.

    Thx Hitech,

I used that same UFL but still the same error - I can download the channels to the pc but cannot edit them neither download them back to the receiver. Not too sure where the problem is :)

    Any Idea?

Your post above states you can DOWNLOAD the channels to your pc! you dont download, dont press the download button you press upload, after that you save it to your PC, then run the UFL and select browse, locate to where you saved the UPLOADED cdf then hit the edit button.
