Hi everyone, I have a D-Link DI-624 wireless router on the ground level of my house, but when I go upstairs to the other end of the house, the signal is extremely weak. Is is possible to boost the signal at that end of the house? I remember reading something about access points a while ago but can't really remember the details, just that it would help somehow. I checked the D-Link website and they had some signal boosting antennas so I'm not sure which one to use. If any of you can help me out by suggesting a product, I'd be grateful.

I agree. The router should always be placed at a higher point. If not, Linksys made a booster that the FCC banned a while back. You can still get them on Ebay though. Dont remember the model #, but you may want to check that out.
