how to burn a dreamcast game?

one of my dreamcast game broke (it got run pver by a chair) so I downloaded the same game and when I downloaded it came in like 17 files so I put them together and I got a 1 file. THe file extension is just file so what format does it need to be in for me to burn it to a disk? HOw do I burn it to a cd? DIskjuggler, alcohol120?
