How to burn data to a Dvd??

    Hi I would like to know how to burn data to a dvd-r. I want to backup Microsoft office 2007 and for some reason I can't do it. I have Nero 7 and dvd shrink. Are these programs capable of this? If so, how? Thanks!

    Those programs are not capable of backing up MO7.
    Also, even with a backup you may not be able to access program as it
    is activated online.

    I think Nero Express will let you burn data..........

    So what program will burn data like Microsoft office 2007? besides nero. Thanks
