how to burn game torrents

    i have downloaded a game torrent from torrentspy which is a rar file.can someone please tell me how to extract it and burn it onto a disc using nero 7? does it go onto a dvd or cdr?
    please explain in simple to understand terms step by step.i have extract now installed.

    To extract it you need winrar. Then when you have extracted, it is most likely you will get an ISO file out of it.

    You can then burn this to DVD or CD with IMGBurn. Find it on google. Guides for IMGBurn can be found @ their site.
