Is it possible to burn .iso and similar image files as it is to a DVD? I burned a somemovie.bin file as it is to a DVD, then mounted the file, but it couldn't play.
SURE!! Install DVD Decrypter or ImgBurn. Then: 1.Put a blank Disc in your DVD Burner. 2. Right Click on your ISO image file and select "Burn with DVD Decrypter." 3. Watch it buuurn...
If you want to do a .bin/.cue ..... Check this out.... http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/bin_cue_with_nero.cfm
JXP2307, that's not what i meant. i want to burn, let's say, a .iso file, so when i am done burning, i open the DVD, i get a working .iso file. not the file(s) inside the .iso. can that be done?
I see what you mean. But why would you want to do that? ISO is the "container format." If you burn it "as is" it WILL not play in a dvd player. Do you realize this? But yes it is possible. Just open up nero, and click make data dvd. Burn the ISO image, to a DATA DVD, and you will have it...
i have a bunch of ISO in my hard drive and don't want to waste that much CDs burning them, so i was wondering if they could be saved as is and then retrived later in the burnt CDs. but you're right, that doesn't seem could be done. i was hoping they could be saved and retrieved like winzip or rar.
