how to burn movie from kazaa to cd

can you point me in the right direction,please.i spent an hour going through forum,but i dont know what i'm looking for.i have the latest nero software,and P3 computer,with regular cd rom.

 

exactly what are you trying to do, is it just burning the avi movie to cd or trying to make a vcd or what? if its just burning to cd to make space on your harddisk then make sure your writer is compatible with the nero you have. then click on data cd, then new data cd and browse for you movie drag and drop, easy. reply if you need more help

 

i'm new to this,so i am not exactly sure what i'm doing.i downloaded movie from kazaa to my hard drive,now i want to burn it so i can watch it in my new norset dvd player,that player plays any format,no problems.in nero i have an option to make vcd disk,is that what i should use?also if i borrow my friends dvd that he purchsed at the store,how do i make a copy for myself?all i have is a regular cd burner
