    @EaSyE531

    well the maxium speed is 6.1X

    choosing maxium just means the maximum spped out of all the options,

    so if you had 1x, 2x, 3x, 4x and chose maxium it would only burn at 4x.

    try burning it at 6.1x it might work, its a bit fast but hey?
    just give it a try and tell us how it goes.

    If the ISO doesn't work or doesn't burn for some reason, try this, mount the ISO to an image drive, open the drive and see if the files are all there. If they are, next try this. Extract the files from the ISO. Then, make a new ISO file with those files from the broken ISO. Sometimes the files are ok, but the ISO is wrong or incorrect. But when remaking the ISO, it's best to keep all settings on default otherwise the files could be packaged wrong. You can make ISOs with MagicISO. Once it's an ISO, try burning that ISO. If it still doesn't work and you get the same problem, there's somethig wrong with the files in the ISO.

    Oh, by the way. It said somewhere here that you have to burn the game at half the speed the DVD can go. Everyone here has been saying burn 2x-4x. Well, I tried those speeds and the data was put on too slow for even my computer to read it. I have Sony and Memorex 16x DVDs and burned them at the maximum speed. (8x)It works just fine now. Sometimes, dumb things will happen like verification errors. Most of the time, you won't have those problems though.

    Can someone answer the question about booting from an Action Replay?
    Like I said before, the disc keeps spinning even if the disc tray is open (for the small PS2s) so how would you switch games? If you try and take it out, when you put the other one in, it won't read right.

    You need to remove one of the slim tools so the ps2 knows its open, then boot with SM & replace the slim tool.
    Use forum search for a detailed explanation, as there is a topic somewhere (might be Software Booting forum) that covers your question.

    i only have luck with 4x, 2x makes the game laggy and anything over 4x does the same thing slow boot and load, you might need to update your driver on your dvd drive

    Well as long as you have the ISO file, just burn it in DVD Decrypter at either 2x, 4x, or half the DVD speed. (MAX) and it should work. Most times it will. But there are sometimes where dumb things will happen.
