Crappy media is responsible for at least half the posts in the AD PS2 forums. I start with the most likely cause and work from there. Reread my post about Media ID and post the results. It's not that hard to understand, I just don't think you want to read.

    2. the .mds file must be the same name of the .iso file?

oh i did a stupid thing. first i extracted all files(i thought the file was .rar, so after that i deleted the .iso file), then i burned all the info(exept the .txt) into a dvd. now that info is in the pc in an iso file. i thing i need that txt file inside the iso image to play, am i right?

please tell how to put the txt file in the iso

i can understand how some people make the mistake of opening the iso image in winrar, and extracting the contents......

but i dont understand how you have the iso image, with the file you say you have taken out....i dont know how you managed to do that???????

if you have the iso image, have you tried looking inside? to see whats there?

*Powers up to Super Saiyan 3 and Kamehameha's the hell out of this partciular thread.* In the future, don't extract the iso file with Winrar. Be careful to read the extension of the file after you extract it. Just because the Winrar symbol is behind the file, doesn't make it a rar file. That means that the default association for that file type is Winrar. I.E. if you have MP3 files associated with Windows Media Player, MP3 files will have the WMP icon behind them. This is a pretty common problem. Did you modify any files other than the liscense.txt file? You load the mds file into DVD Decrytper. It'll take care of the rest.
