I have tried to burn a copy of San Andreas on xbox but i don't know how to make a proper copy of xbox games. I have searced the net and other forums and threads on this site and i have tried all the ways that they tell me too. I have a rj45 crossover cable but for some reason it doesn't work properly. i do have a xbox mod chip installed. can someone who really knows helpme. i would really love if some one could help me or give me a guide to burn xbox games properly. i do have programmes to burn the games and i also have some programmes that make iso's but i don't properly know how too. i also have some ftp programmes
You're going to have to get your ftp setup working. If your crossover cable is going to a network card. You'll have to setup the network. You have to have a dashboard installed on your xbox. It tells you what your network settings will be. You will have to set the ip address of the xbox/pc connection. Once ftp'd you put the game in the xbox and copy the files from the D drive of the xbox to your pc. If you want a backup disk, you then make an xiso using Craxtion or other xiso software from the folder on your pc where you just copied the game files. Then burn that iso using Nero or other software and the resulting disk is your backup. Depending on your xbox and the type of media you use, it should play in your modded xbox.
