can someone help me to change the imei of my n82 iam in the philippines my n82 is blocked on using globe simcards dont know why it is not stolen or anything already went to my service provider they say they dont know whats wrong i just want to change my IMEI can someone help me
as far as i know, imei is permanent per handset because it identifies that handset. it's a bit like number plates. they identify a certain car. although you can get private number plates, i dont think the same applies to phones.
