How to change codecs

    Ok how do I do this.

    In relation to my sound post I downloaded G-spot and it run the movie like a dream with out any sounds issues, they recommend the codecs I should use but how do I change this? do I need to download a programs where I put these in to convert the movie? if so what program?

    Sorry not clued on in Codecs never had to bother before usually most movie are simple and dont have these issues.

    With Codecs you simply Install them and they work automaticly....

    So if you have a File that you don"t have the Codec For you Just Install the Codec and then try to play the File and if the Codec is installed the File will play.....

    cool I see if I can find them and install them just odd cause the movie runs well on winamp and window media player but whenI run the movie thru divx I get the issue ofthe sound being ahead of the movie.

    Well that wouldn"t be a Codec Issue...If you heard No audio then that would be a Codec Issue....
