how to change regions

    Hi Please help I am tryning to change a region 2 dvdv to region free .... Can I just use shrink or do I have tuse decrypter or do I have to use both ..... Please please help me i am getting cross ....... Some really easy steps would help Thanks debbie

    Assuming you are in Region 1.

    Download and run the free, DVDFab HD Decrypter.
    When prompted, insert the Region 2 DVD.
    If a screen pops up asking for the disks region code - select Region 1 (assuming you are in region 1).
    Proceed to rip the disk contents to the HDD.

    Note that removing the region code does not change the video from PAL to NTSC.
