How to Change the original xbox dasboard background

    i need intructions or something i cant find anything that will help me change the background of the ms dash need help please someone help i got the stuff i need to do it i just cant figure it out i've tried lots of times but every time i start the dash it will say error 21c then i have to start all over and try something different.
