How to clean very very dusty disc

    I have about 50dsc that r extremely dusty (no fingerprint, mark etc. Just dusty)Seems dust is kinda stubborn, blowing onto them removes about 30%. Wiping them is worst. I;m thinking, can i just sort of wash them with mild soap n water? Will it affect the disc? Thks
