How to compress and Burn an IMG File

    I have an IMG File on my computer. I need to burn it, but its about 7 gigs. I need to know what program I can use to get it where it will fit onto a standard dvd disk. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Try DVD Shrink. Go to FILE/ Open Disc Image.
