    UMDGen v. 3.50

    1. open up UMDGen

    2. drag the iso fils PSP_Game and UMD_DATA.bin or something like that in the processing window

    3. File, Save as, hit CiSO

    4. BAM done

there is an easier way with this program here. it doesnt require you to extract your iso which yields the PSP_GAME + UMD_DATA.bin folder/file.
All you do with this one is select how u want it compress on the left side(CSO,DAX), select the iso file in the input field and choose the compression level. here is the link.

GTA is notorious for skipping when compressed.
