how to convert and burn a miniDVD??

    hello everyone,

    I need and want some help ASAP please. If i take any format how do i convert it to full quality miniDVD?? The same quality as an DVD but its going on a CD. So what everything i need to do in TMPGEnc Plus to encode it as a DVD MPEG and then what i need to do to author with TMPGEnc DVD author and then convert it to miniDVD then burn and whatever else i need to do?? Please reply back ASAP. Thanks everyone..
