how to convert DVD-ISO to Video Files without burning

    Is it possible to convert a DVD-ISO image to Video Files without burning it to DVD and then decrypting? I have a DVD-9 iso image but don't have a dual layer burner. If I can convert the image to video files I can use DVD-Shrink to make a DVD-5. Can anyone body help me?

    DVD-Shrink cannot analyze a iso image can it?

    yeah shrink can.tick on file then disc image.
