how to convert movie (vob file) to MP4, AVI, DAT, FLV or MPEG?

    I got a dvd movie (VOB file) after decrypted would like to convert to AVI, ASF, MP4, MPG, MPEG, DAT, 3GP or FLV. Because i would like to load to my aigo mp4 player and watch. My mp4 player only can accept all these files. May I know any freeware converter that can convert to either of the file? Thanks
