Hope I am in the right forum. I am using i/o magic pc pvr dr-pctv100 to watch and record tv. When I record it is saved as a mpeg file I believe. I whenever I record it to a dvd using nero I can watch it on my computer's dvd player such fine, but it wont work in none of my dvd players. Can someone help me with this?
hi: jeff6898 you need to make sure that when you save it you are saving it as an mpeg2 compatible file.Once it is in this format you can burn it to dvd disc and should be able to play it in your standalone player. what media are you burning on to? have you got avicodec.Run your file through it and post the results for us?
