How to copress video file mpeg to smaller size file

    i would like to compress a file mpeg to smaller size with the same video content(sound@movie)..to make it fit to 128M SID card of a pocket pc..
    .. reduce size as much as possible to get the maximum use of the card..anybody tell me so..with appreciable thanks.

    I use PocketDivxEncoder. It can take a 700MB movie down to less than 200MB. I then use BS Player or PocketMVP to play the AVI file on my PPC
