How to create a sympatico icon

Internet keeps on crashing thrrough router wanted direct internet , but i need a sympatico icon...to connect...

 

going to have to explain this in better detail
what is a sympatico icon?

 

i use bell sympatico internet.

 

if you want to get a direct connection just turn off the computer and dsl modem.
plug in the modem to the pc and turn back on the power (or plug the power cord back into it) and then turn on the PC.

if you have used the icon before just use it like you would have before.

with dsl modems usualy you dont have to manualy connect them.. so you might just be able to open firefox or IE and just be online
