    Does this software support to burn with a dvd-r burner?
    sometime I can't do this with some other soft

    of course you can, but you'd better burn it as a low speed, such as 2x,or 4x

    bryantvic is right, you shoud choose the low speed, such as 2x,or 4x
    if you want to use DVD-R burner.
