I have a video that I recorded with my digital video recorder, but I was stupid and didn't change the setting to not have the timer on it. I have it on my computer now, and I want to crop the video a little at the top and the bottom. This is to remove that annoying timer at the bottom, and a little fuzziness at the top.

If anyone could tell me how I can go about doing this and what software I need to do it, that would be great. I want to keep it in AVI format. I would like to do this with as little quality loss as possible. Thanks in advance.
