How to cut a mpeg in half?

    hey can anyone tell me a program to cut mpeg files in half...To my knowledge Virtualdub doesnt cut mpeg files (unless im doing something wrong).

    So if anyone could tell me the name of a program i would greatly appreciate it

    A good Mpeg editor is Mpeg2VCR, it isn"t freeware But if you e-mail me I"ll send you a Link you you can find an older full version....I don"t think Mpeg-Tool supports Mpeg2 files...

    tmpgenc does a fine job under merge and cut.
