How to deal with a package of RAR-files?

    I downloaded a movie and received 2 directories: CD1 that were stuffed with: vcd-tdatr1.00 --- vcd-tdatr1.54 + a separate : vcd-tdatr1.rar(containing a *.bin-file & *cue-file). CD2 containing a series of vcd-tdatpts2.r-files + a similar vcd-tdatpts2.rar(also with a cue-/bin-file).... What am I supposed to do with these files in order to watch the movie? Shall I burn them on a CD-r(I don't have DVD-R)???
