How to determine errors on disks

    I use DVDDecrypter and AnyDVD to remove protections, etc and sometimes it does not work. I know that I can send a log to Slysoft to have them fix it, but I would like to dive into trying to find out what the problem with a disk is on my own.

    Anyone know where to begin the study of how to do this?

    AnyDVD has it's own ripper.... you won't need DVDDecrypter for ripping the DVD. AnyDVd will do the job all by itself and AnyDVD (if kept up-to-date) will do all the DVDs! It's that good!

    What exactly are you trying to do?
    Are you trying to find and decipher protection code, or errors on DVD made while burning disc (disc quality)?
