an anti virus used deleted a systems 32 file causing my hard drive to
crash. computer technicians informed me that it was a hard drive problem
, the hardrive was formatted and then the computer was able to start
however it seems it has a "bootmgr" problem. the usb ports have not been
working since i bought the laptop in the sense that they work while the
computer is on but once it is in bios mode it doesn't identify the usb
ports in order for me to reboot the laptop.

essentially i'd like to know where i can get a manual to disassemble the
laptop in order to reboot the bios by removing and replacing the battery within the laptop ,as well as a solution to my faulty usb drivers , and possible
advice on how to repair the laptop without the usb drivers
the specifications on the laptop are:
    BenQ Joybook 6000
    1.6kg
    slim profile of 302 x 218 x 28mm
16:10 widescreen aspect ratio LCD display
    1.5GHz Intel Pentium M processor
    40GB hard drive
    256MB of DDR333 SDRAM
    200 nits brightness display
    LCD display
VGA out, LAN and telephone jack

Unless someone has pirated a manual and put it out there, service manuals are not publicly available from Benq.
