how to download DS lite games to R4 card?

    I have downloaded the software of the R4 card and when i download the DS games to my computer, the downloaded game's icon appears like a blank page which does not open any further and my DS console does not recognize it. please help me if you have understood my question, its a bit hard to explain. thanks
