How to dub sound on a VCR tape?

    Hello everyone!

    I am just wondering if anyone knows how I dub the sound on a VCR tape?

    Thanks for the reply. But I am trying to dub the sound off the actual tape itself? Any ideas? Rather than to record over the tape but to record blank over the tape?
