I need to encode audio for a movie that i have. it shows a video codec but it doesn't show an audio codec. It plays the audio when i play it in Windows Media Player but i need to encode the audio so i can create a VCD. Can anyone help me??? Thank You!!!
Try opening the file in VirtualDub and changing the audio codec to PCM. BTW, if you get a message saying that the file has improperly encoded VBR audio, switch to VirtualDubMod and say no to the re-encoding. Good luck!
If you want to burn VCDs you need to conform to MP3 224Kbit/s, 44100hz stereo. VDub can do this as well as somethin like TMPGEnc
