You can enlarge image size with any image manipulation software, but with a quality loss. You can't enlarge pictures much with good quality. You'll get particles almost always.
My son asked me the same question. I said it would not look good. He took a digital picture of the picture itself. In other words he put the original picture on the table. Took out the digital camera and snapped a photo at 5meg resolution, of the original photo. Came out really good when he printed the copy.
