Use the reauthor mode in DVD shrink! You'll use the start/end frames buttons to just select the part of the movie you want to keep. Basically, follow this guide below. It shows how to split a large movie into parts so that it can fit on two DVD's. In your case, you're pretty much doing the same thing (so follow the same procedure with start/end frames and all). http://www.dvdshrink.info/splitting-v2-3.php Save it in DVD shrink. Then, with Nero, re-encode your VOB's into VCD format and burn onto a CD.
