Everytime I use nero to back up dvd's on Sony DVD-R discs a caption pops up saying that this disk is not in your drives write strategy and using this disk may result in poor quality than using a recommended disk. It then ask me if I would like to verify the info on the disk after burning. Everything burns fine I just wanted to know how to find the write strategy or exactly what it is talking about. I know this is a newbie question but I really needed to know.
    My drive is a TSSTcorp CD/DVDW TS-H552B

    Thanks

What it's saying is that the firmware on your burner is not recognizing this disk, since it is burning alright you can just live with it, or try another brand of media. Your burner firmware probably needs and update, you can go into the Nero InfoTool and check what make and model your burner is, because it can be either a Toshiba or Samsung and see what the current version is and then check this site for any updates.
