How to flash the box t

    Hi all. Got the box t for ch**us mmds recently.living in limerick.Keep getting updating info on screen alot.The box usually updates itself eventually but its taking longer lately and happening more often.Just wondering do i need to flash the box or is this just the norm with these type of boxes. If i do need to flash the box is there instructions somewhere on this website. My software is

    api vers 5.01e_E
    Boot vers 7.0

    Reports of the same in cork and still going on tonight Looks like The CC's Are giving Cable a break but at the expense of the Terrestrials.

    Dont know why they are doing it so frequently though.

    has anyone any more Info??
