It's not the map.......It is the bitmap you want to get on photoshop CS ....ok first you need to download the plugin for photoshop that lets you import the bitmap to photoshop......I don't remeber what plugin it is but once you do that...open up a map in CHR2 Edit (i think that is what it is called).....Then find the bitmap you want to skin and extract it....import it through photoshop and skin a way...Make sure you save it to the right format like DXT1 OR DXT2 which ever one it says when you first extract it....then inject it back in......And remeber to clear the X Y Z folders of files before you load the map
can you see what your skinning and you have to do one thing at a Time, then how do you put that on a .PPF
You can see what you are skinning you...and you just inject it back to the map and just create a PPF......Of that map
