I have been unable to get a successful burn with any burn program in the nero suite, tried them all, have the latest updates. I get through the whole burn process, even watch the preview as it burns, get the burn completed successfully message and when i put the dvdR/W disc in my payers they come up with empty disc. I read somewhere in a post that incd causes a lot of problems, could this be the answer and if so can you uninstall incd without wiping the whole nero prog. thanks for your help guys, I have learned a lot from these forums.

i've edited my previous reply as the link to Clean Tools had gone wrong. Clean Tools will get rid of the pesky InCD
