I just did a wipe-and-clean-install on a client's computer. Was Vista64, upgraded from XP64. Now it is just a clean Vista64 install. However, now there is no outlook express! It was there and working just fine under the upgraded system, but I see no way to install it on a clean install system. I have the XP CD for source files.

BTW: Client does not want Outlook, Windows Mail, Thunderbird, or anything else. He wants Outlook Express even knowing there will be no spell check.
