How To Join Live From Non-supported State?, Is there another way?

I am from Kosova and I wanna know if any state of world can join live or microsoft supports for live only few states?
When i want to create profile my state isn't on the list.
What to do?
Is there another way?

 

people have been known to 'change' their location, especially changing it to USA in order to have more downloadable content. not really sure on how you do this, or if you just select the USA in the list of countries. but occasionaly, they get reverted back to their real state due to updates, and what-not.

 

select the state/country nearest to you, as some downloadable content might not work.

 

so it'll work...but how do i have to type tel.number zip and all others stuff that are related with that country

Just goggle for a nice hotel in, let´s say, L.A. , and use its address...
