hi i have a lenovo N200 0769-AD6 and i have a Matshita DVD-RAM UJ-850z drive and i was wondering if my drive can burn dual layer media i ran nero info tool and this is what i got this drive is a multirecorder dvd i dont know what that means here it sais it can burn dual layer but im not convinced and i dont wana waste dual layer dvds
Why don't you just look at the Lenovo site or google the model of the DVD burner (UJ-850z)? http://www.digistor.com/Panasonic-UJ-850-Slim-DVD-Burner-IDE-Tray-Load According to the specs, this model writes to DL discs.
has anybody been at the label on this drive with the magic magic marker pen as well? lenovo are known for putting different guts in drive housings.
