    I know you usually want a better resolution but in this case I need to lower it so it will play in my dvd player.

    I have a couple of videos that are 832x352. My new dvd player only supports sizes under 720x576.

    Can anyone make any suggestions on how I can do this? A program that does it?

    Thanks

    Resize to 720x352 and encode with a PAR of 54:47, that is assuming that your player can handle non 1:1 PAR's. Otherwise you could try AutoGK with fixed width set to 720.

    guess i don't know what a PAR is?

    JVC DR-MV7SUS page 31 shows all my spec's.

    Is AutoGK a program? Sorry i'm new to this divx.

    PAR = Pixel Aspect Ratio
