How to make a channel dump on SV 2

I've tried gtrom loader 4.0 to upload the channel bin from the box to the laptop. I uploaded with the box turned on and on standby but when I open both of the bins with svce it come up with a address violation.

What am I violating ?

back to the serious side how long do u think it will take for a fix to come out on the boxs never been here before so i aint got a clue u read all the posts etc and no one has a clue

 

couldn't say mate kryptview is the only box thats been fixed up to now just keep an eye on the forums and the people in the know will post on here
