I have a dozen of video music DVDs, each song being a separate chapter on the disc. I'd like to pick out the 20 most favorites and put them onto one disc for listening convenience. My 2 requirements are: 1) Playable on my standalone DVD player, which can play DVD/SVCD/VCD/MP3/CD-R[RW]. 2) Retain as much video & sound quality as possible. It's rather like recording these 20 songs onto a VHS videotape but that's low-tech. I'd prefer to stick with a digital method to retain output quality. Please suggest a practical way to achieve this, thanks.
If the clips are in individual chapters, how about Ripping the chapters you want, demuxing them and then importing the video/audio streams into a DVD authoring sw?
