I want to put T.V. shows that are saved on my hard drive onto a DVD-R, but i want the disc to be a data disc, not a DVD that is played on the DVD player. The video files are .avi.

I created a data disc on a DVD-R using Nero, but there is no video when I play it on another computer (I have tried 6 computers); only sound.

I do have Sonic Record Now, but I haven't tried it yet because it is on differnt computer than the shows.

The reason I want the files on a DVD-R is because obviously a DVD-R holds about 25 shows, while a CD-R only holds 3.
