How to Multiplex an AVI & MP3 file.?

Any body tell me how do I Multiplex (Combine) AVI & MP3 files without re-encoding like "Fast Avi Joiner".

Another thing I wanted to know that, I have a "Brizsoft" Avi spilter and I have registerd it. But when i Split an Avi to my specify timing, it spilt my avi clip few seconds earlier. I try again & again to cut Avi in my desire timing but i cant.
Although it is a very famouse Avi spilter.
tell me how i split avi to accurate(desired) time.

To add a second audio track to an AVI file, use Avi-Mux Gui.

Run Avi Mux GUI.
Drag the AVI onto the top pane and highlight it.
Click 'generate source data from files'
The lower pane shows the video and audio streams.
Drag the new mp3 onto the top pane.
It appears as an addition on the lower pane.
You have the options of removing the original or setting either as the default.
Click 'Start' to save the new AVI.

Ok, but how i remove the first audio of avi.

 

In the same window that attar is speaking of, just "unckeck" the old audio stream. Adding the new track/removing old audio is done all in one step.
