Is there a quick way in Windows XP Hm Ed. to protect individual programs with passwords so they cannot be opened?

Specifically, I'd like to put a lock on my AOL program so that it can't be started up by others, but is still accessible by me.

The easiest way to prevent a program from being executed is to right click on the executatble file and select properties. Go to the Security tab and tick the Deny box on the Read&Execute entry.
